Functional polymer for Clean (Viscoelastic Surfactant) fracturing fluid systems.
Function: Builds low-residue, solid-free, easy-flowback clean fracturing fluid systems. Post-break fluid causes almost no formation damage, excellent proppant transport. Suitable for stimulation operations with high reservoir protection requirements like low permeability, sensitive reservoirs, coalbed methane, shale gas.
1. Appearance: Light yellow homogeneous liquid
2. System compatibility: Fully miscible with viscoelastic surfactant clean fluid
3. Proppant transport performance: Proppant settling velocity ≤0.5 mm/min at room temperature
4. Residue content: ≤0.1% (solid-free damage)
5. Temperature resistance limit: 90~120°C
6. Gel breaking and flowback: Automatic gel break upon contact with formation crude; broken fluid interfacial tension ≤2 mN/m
7. Core damage rate: ≤10%
