Acid-resistant polymer gelling agent for acid fluids, compatible with hydrochloric acid and mud acid systems.
Function: Provides stable viscosity increase in strong acid environments, raising acid viscosity, slowing the reaction rate between acid and rock for acid retardation and deep acidizing; reduces acid fluid loss, extends the conductivity distance of acid-etched fractures. The core material for gelled acid systems.
1. Appearance: Light yellow viscous liquid/white powder
2. Acid dissolution rate: Completely dissolves in 15-20% HCl at room temperature within 30 min
3. Viscosity building performance: Dosage 0.8% in 15-20% HCl, acid viscosity ≥40 mPa·s
4. Temperature resistance: Maximum temperature resistance 200°C, rheological viscosity ≥20 mPa·s
5. Retardation performance: Acid-rock reaction rate reduction ≥60%
6. Compatibility: No stratification, precipitation, or emulsion breaking with HCl, mud acid, or acid fluid additives
7. Residue content: ≤0.3%
