Water-based fluid friction reduction polymer, a functional material for oil and gas field gathering/transportation and slickwater fracturing.
Function: Significantly reduces fluid frictional pressure loss in pipes and wellbores through polymer molecular chain stretching effect, increasing pumping rate and reducing pump energy consumption. Widely used in large-scale volume fracturing with slickwater for unconventional oil and gas (shale oil, shale gas).
1. Appearance: Milky white viscous emulsion
2. Friction reduction rate: ≥70% at 0.05% dosage in fresh water system
3. Dissolution speed: Fully disperses and dissolves in fresh water within 60s, no "fish eyes"
4. Shear resistance: Friction reduction performance degradation ≤10% after 30 min high-speed shear
5. Salt tolerance: Friction reduction retention ≥90% at salinity ≤50,000 mg/L
6. Water-insoluble content: ≤0.5%
7. Compatibility: No reaction or stratification with all fracturing fluid additives
