System Performance
• fluid Viscosity (mPa·s): 40-70 mPa·s
• Residue (mg/L) content: ≤200 mg/L
• Crosslinking performance: Adjustable 30-300s, Forms a stable crosslinked gel (stringing test observable).
• Temperature resistance: 150℃, shear at 100 s⁻¹ for 60 min, Viscosity (mPa·s) >100 mPa·s
• Breaks effectively at ambient temperature (25°C).
• Broken fluid Interfacial tension (mN/m) tension: ≤28/2 mN/m
Application Scenarios
• The most widely used conventional fracturing stimulation, especially suitable for medium-deep wells, medium-temperature reservoirs (80~120℃), and most low-permeability reservoirs.
• Specific examples:
    • Low permeability sandstone oil & gas reservoirs
    • Wells with depth of 2000~4000 meters and formation temperature around 100℃
    • Conventional tight gas, some shale gas (early stages or sections without high demands)
    • The main fracturing fluid system for most oilfields (good overall performance, high cost-effectiveness)
Core Advantages
Good comprehensive performance in temperature resistance, proppant transport, Residue (mg/L), etc. Technologically mature, the "standard option" for industrial application.
