System Performance
• fluid Viscosity (mPa·s): 40-80 mPa·s
• Residue (mg/L) content: ≤150 mg/L
• Crosslinking performance: Adjustable 30-300s, Forms a stable crosslinked gel (stringing test observable).
• Temperature resistance: 170℃, shear at 100 s⁻¹ for 60 min, Viscosity (mPa·s) >100 mPa·s
• Breaks effectively at ambient temperature (25°C).
• Can crosslink in weakly acidic environment.
• Broken fluid Interfacial tension (mN/m) tension: ≤28/2 mN/m
Application Scenarios
• High-temperature deep wells, low/ultra-low permeability reservoirs, unconventional oil & gas (shale/tight gas/tight oil), and fracturing operations with extremely high requirements for reservoir protection.
• Specific examples:
    • High-temperature deep wells (>120℃, up to 160℃, depth >4000 meters)
    • Ultra-low permeability reservoirs (permeability <0.1 mD)
    • Shale gas fracturing (requiring low Residue (mg/L), low damage, used with slickwater)
    • Offshore oilfield fracturing (stricter environmental and damage control)
    • Refracturing or stimulation of sensitive reservoirs
Core Advantages
Core advantages: "Low concentration, low damage, high temperature resistance." Although cost is higher, it effectively protects the reservoir and enables stimulation of high-temperature deep formations. A mainstream choice for complex reservoirs.
