Function: Core contains oxidizing breaker active ingredient, coated with inert capsule membrane. Initially sealed and non-reactive during early operation. Sustained release of breaker ions in the deep formation over time and temperature, oxidatively breaking the gelling agent polymer chains, causing high-viscosity gel fracturing fluid to break and reduce viscosity for post-operation fluid flowback. Achieves delayed breaking, perfectly matching the proppant transport needs during the entire fracturing operation and thorough breaking afterwards.
