Specialized chemical for reservoir clay protection, organic quaternary ammonium salt cationic material.
Function: Adsorbs onto formation clay mineral surfaces, inhibiting clay hydration, swelling, dispersion, and migration. Prevents permanent reservoir permeability damage caused by clay plugging pore throats after invasion of fracturing/acidizing fluids. Suitable for stimulation operations in oil and gas reservoirs with high clay content and strong water sensitivity.
1. Appearance: Transparent liquid
2. Anti-swelling rate: ≥70% (bentonite anti-swelling evaluation)
3. Compatibility: No precipitation reaction with all acid fluid and fracturing fluid additives
4. Salt and temperature resistance: Anti-swelling performance does not degrade in environments ≤120°C and high salinity
